Job summary

A leading staffing agency in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Administrator to manage various administrative tasks in a hybrid working environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in an administrative role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. This role offers a salary between £26,000 and £27,000 per annum, with the opportunity to work three days in the office and two days from home, while maintaining effective collaboration within a small team.

Salary: 26000 to 27000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Office 365.
  • Support internal teams with administrative needs.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all communications and documentation.
Requirements

Working Pattern

Hours: 08:00-16:00, Monday to Friday.
