The role of an Administrator:
  • Monitor a busy inbox, dealing with inbound enquiries
  • Respond to fire alarm enquiries, via phone and email communication
  • Escalate customer complaints to senior management
  • Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately record input data on multiple portals
  • Create service call out orders
  • Raise and process purchase orders
  • Communicate and schedule field-based engineers
  • Demonstrate a professional, polite and courteous manner

  • To be computer literate
