Job description

I'm supporting a Tier 1 contractor delivering the A47 upgrade near Honingham, and they're looking for a junior-level Administrator to join the team on site. This is a straightforward but important role, focused mainly on uploading and organising project documentation as they prepare for an upcoming audit with National Highways.

Hours & Pay: 42.5 hrs per week, €13.50-€14.50 per hour + Holiday Pay, 6‑month rolling contract, Approx. 12 months of work.

Responsibilities
  • Scanning, uploading and digitally filing project documents.
  • Keeping electronic records neat, accurate and consistently labelled.
  • Supporting the team in preparing documentation for audit.
  • Tracking information to ensure nothing is missing or incorrectly stored.
  • General admin tasks as needed on a busy construction project.
What we're looking for
  • Someone organised with a good eye for detail.
  • Comfortable with repetitive, process‑driven admin work.
  • Able to work on site in Honingham (Norwich area).
  • Basic IT skills and the ability to follow clear workflows.
  • Positive attitude and reliability – a core support role for the team.
