Reporting to: Operations Manager

Date of Issue: January 2026

Role objective

The role is to provide administrative support to the Advisers and Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing valuations and information for client annual reviews.
  • Updating our back office system (Intelligent Office) with personal client data and adding all relevant documents.
  • Supporting Advisers in collating information/documents in preparation for meetings.
  • Drafting annual suitability letters for existing clients.
  • Processing and monitoring progress of transactions and issuing documentation.
  • Meeting all standards and targets as detailed in the compliance procedures and training and competence scheme.
  • Ad hoc projects.
  • Working closely within the administration teams and other support teams within the company.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years' minimum experience in the IFA Market.

  • Previous work experience in the IFA Market.
