The Best Connection Mansfield are seeking a Warehouse Administrator, for a well known company that provide cutting‑edge logistics solutions for multinational companies, based in South Normanton, Alfreton!!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to warehouse operations teams.
  • Input and maintain data in spreadsheets and WMS, generating reports for internal and customer use.
  • Produce, issue, control, and manage documentation for warehouse operatives.
  • Maintain inventory paperwork, including recordkeeping and perpetual inventory activities.
  • Compile operational KPIs and safety statistics; support health & safety compliance.
  • Liaise with warehouse, transport teams, and vendors to resolve logistical or documentation discrepancies.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • Experience with warehouse management systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
  • Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and act on own initiative.
  • Strong computer experience/skill - no particular system experience necessary, Microsoft mainly

Working hours:
  • 1000 - 1800 Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)
