A government health department in Launceston seeks an Administrative Officer to provide high-level support for Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). The role involves supervising staff, managing administrative processes, and providing reception support. Candidates should have relevant experience and current Working with Children Registration. This fixed-term, full-time position offers a salary of $73,811 to $79,779 per annum along with additional benefits and superannuation.

As part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering high quality mental health services in accordance with the Mental Health Services Strategic Plan, Mental Health Services principles, National Mental Health Standards, Agency Policy, legal requirements and relevant professional competencies, the Administrative Officer:

Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 26 June 2026.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
$73,811 to $79,779 per annum. Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
You’ll have access to salary package a range of benefits including living expenses up to $9,010 + $2,650 in meal entertainment each FBT year + other benefits if eligible.
