A charitable organization supporting children is seeking an Administrative Officer to provide a wide range of administrative services in Ballymena, Northern Ireland. In this permanent position, you will be responsible for front-of-house services, organizing meetings, and producing reports. The ideal candidate should have a Business Administration Diploma Level 2 and experience in an administrative environment. This role offers a supportive environment and the opportunity to work with a team dedicated to making a difference in children's lives.
Salary: £23,151.50 per annum, pro rata which equates to £22,490.
Location: Ballymena, Northern Ireland.
Contract/Hours: Permanent, working 34 hours a week Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am-1pm.

Ballymena & Little Steps Sure Start provides a range of health, play & learning and parenting support services to children, from pre-birth up to four years, and their families. The project comprises a multi-agency, multi-disciplinary team and works in close partnership with a range of local statutory, voluntary and community service providers to promote effective service delivery in response to the needs of the expectant parents, children, and families across the designated SureStart areas.
We are looking for an Administrative Officer to join our friendly team and offer valued support through a range of administrative services. You will be first point of contact for our operational colleagues, welcoming all internal and external visitors to the service, making sure everyone has a wonderful experience.
You will share responsibility for the delivery of a high quality, effective, efficient, administrative service that is flexible to meet the needs of operational teams to enable the service to achieve the agreed SureStart service objectives.
