Job description

We are seeking a keen and enthusiastic team member to join our front desk team in the Oak Centre for Children and Young People's unit. You will need to be warm and empathetic to ensure our patients and families are welcomed to the department, with kindness and compassion to relieve the stress and anxiety faced.

You will provide administrative responsibilities for the department, undertake scheduling of treatments and proceduresSocket and ensure a seamless booking system for our patients. The administrative and scheduling team work as an integral part of the Children & Young Adult service to maintain an efficient, welcoming and proactive administrative and reception service.

The hiểm post holders must adopt a professional and caring attitude with a polite and courteous manner in all aspects of communication to staff and visiting patients and their families.
