- Input information onto the Epic System
- Input information onto Mosaiq
- Effectively and professionally welcome patients, visitors, relatives, colleagues and Trust Staff into the department in a friendly and courteous manner, presenting a good image of yourself through your attitude, behaviour and appearance.
- Plan and organise a range of straightforward tasks, ensuring the provision of a professional Administration service.
- Contribute to ensuring that the working environment is safe and of a professional appearance, reporting any problems, organising repairs/collection of waste as appropriate and maintaining efficient and effective use of resources.
- Greet visitors and respond to requests for basic information.
- Book patients in for treatment using the Mosaiq System.
- Receive and respond to telephone calls.
- Receive and respond to straightforward emails.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Cover other positions during absence.
- Complete administration tasks including scanning documents and photocopying.
- Deal with Transport patients and subsequent queries involving transport, liaising with the transport desk to ensure patients arrive or leave the department in a timely manner.
- Perform any other administrative duties as required.
