A mental health service provider is seeking a part-time Admin Assistant to join their Maidstone team. Responsibilities include answering calls, providing admin support, and booking appointments. Overview

A part-time Band 2 Admin Assistant vacancy has arisen with the admin team supporting the Maidstone Mental Health Together Team, part of the Kent & Medway Partnership Trust. Working days will be Monday (9 to 5) and Wednesday (9 to 5).

Responsibilities
  • Answer external telephone calls and provide reception cover at front of house.
  • Provide admin support to the clinical team.
  • Type letters and book appointments.
