They are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as an Administrative Assistant - Bank at Milton Court Care Home in Milton Keynes.
As an Administrative Assistant, your focus will be to support the General Manager and Administrator in administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Home and meet Head Office deadlines on financial procedures and all information returns. Responsibilities will include submitting data for invoicing, assisting in the preparation and dispatch of management information, placing purchase orders, and managing residents' personal allowances.

The ideal candidate must have two years of clerical experience, the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, the ability to prioritise their own workload, and effective interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
