The Role:

We are supporting an incredible charity to recruit an Administration Assistant who will provide support to both sales and marketing teams within a growing department. You'll handle everything from customer enquiries to data management, invoicing, event support, and campaign administration. If you are proactive, detail-driven, and eager to support a meaningful cause while developing your career in administration, sales, and marketing, this role could be perfect for you.

Responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:
  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, and Marketing Executive.
  • Maintain organised, compliant digital filing systems (GDPR).
  • Manage emails, phone calls, and general correspondence professionally.
  • Assist with processing customer invoices and supplier documentation.
  • Handle customer enquiries and manage updates or alterations to bookings, events, or training courses.
Data Management & Reporting
  • Collect, organise, and analyse data for internal reporting and presentations.
  • Complete data entry for training customers and maintain accurate database records.
  • Provide information and insights to line managers when required.
Marketing & Campaign Support
  • Assist the marketing team with promotional events and annual campaign activities.
  • Organise and collate data, documents, and policies required for tender submissions.
  • Maintain good knowledge of current products, services, and campaigns to support general enquiries.
Quality Assurance
  • Support quality procedures and ensure all data handling aligns with GDPR regulations.
Additional Duties
  • Participate in training sessions covering new products and services.
