Compensation: $25.73/HR

Responsibilities
  • Perform a wide range of administrative duties in support of management and/or staff within the business unit.
  • Apply knowledge of company practices, policies, programs, and product lines to support daily operations.
  • Handle both routine and non‑routine inquiries and provide timely resolution.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and manage documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and maintain the site’s gauge calibration program.
  • Organize meetings, support travel logistics, and ensure smooth coordination of activities.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in SAP ERP for creating purchase orders, confirming receipt of materials, and running reports.
  • Experience interacting with contractors to verify POs, confirm invoice submission, and resolve payment‑related questions.
  • Ability to order parts and equipment for various projects.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with parts inventory systems is a plus.
