Overview

Administrative Assistant

Employer: Concordia MAT

Salary: Grade 3

Location: Willow Wood Community Nursery & Primary School

Contract: Fixed Term to 31.08.2026

Working Pattern: Part Time/Term Time only

Hours: 16 hours (12.00 - 3.00pm Mon/Tues/Weds; 12.30pm - 4.00pm Thurs/Fri)

DBS Check: Enhanced

Closing Date: Friday 3rd October at 12:00

Responsibilities

The governors are seeking to appoint a Grade 3 Administrative Assistant to join our happy and friendly team. The main duties for the role include:

  • Front of house for the school office - dealing with parental queries face to face, by telephone, email as well as staff and pupils
  • Managing daily attendance and accurate registration reporting on ARBOR
  • Administration of school meals, before and after school club
  • Debt recovery - arranging payment plans etc.
  • Provide general clerical support for the school
  • Maintain and update pupil records
  • Receive and check delivered goods and ensure they are distributed efficiently
