DWF are currently hiring for an Administrative Assistant to join our ever-expanding team at DWF. This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their admin career, or for someone who is interested in taking the first step. If successful you will be based in our Belfast office with the requirement to be on-site 5 days a week.

As an Administrative Assistant you will be supporting the Operational and Administrative function of a Central Services Team, working closely with colleagues, clients and service providers.

Responsibilities
  • Produce, photocopy, scan, and manage documents using appropriate software to a high standard
  • Manage inboxes under guidance.
  • Maintain stationery, handle post, and support file management (archiving, housekeeping).
  • Help with team projects, and support PAs and Executive Assistants as needed.
  • Always follow firm policies and maintain confidentiality.
