Provide support to the business support officer in the following areas:
- Professionally and efficiently run all aspects of the reception area, including being the first point of contact for calls via switchboard and visitors, processing mail, etc.
- Maintain adequate stocks of stationery and amenities to support all staff in the office, including conducting regular stock checks and orders.
- Maintain a clean and tidy office, including the kitchen, boardroom, and all shared work areas.
- Arrange ad hoc purchases and bookings when requested within organisational policy and procedures (e.g. flights, accommodation, office purchases, etc).
- Provide feedback and recommendations on improved efficiencies for the office and administration support function.
- Work with the Training team to maintain accurate and efficient electronic and hard copy training records, including annual archiving and secure document destruction.
- Assist the Training Services Lead to ensure all training administration tasks are completed as per the training admin schedule/planner.
- Provide administration support for training staff as requested by management.
