HOURLY RATE: £13.42

HOURS: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm Hybrid with flexibility

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help keep our leadership and governance processes running seamlessly. Every day will be different, but you'll be trusted with responsibilities such as:

Supporting Senior Leaders

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating SLT and Director meetings.
• Attending key meetings, taking clear, accurate minutes, and making sure actions are followed up.
• Being the go‑to person for communication and information flow across teams.
• Preparing reports, summaries, and presentations that keep leaders informed and on track.
• Providing diary and admin support where needed to keep things running smoothly.

Ensuring Strong Governance & Compliance

• Tracking and reporting on complaints to support continuous improvement.
• Helping organise internal and external audits.
• Supporting teams to maintain robust governance systems and accurate records.
• Analysing data to support quality assurance and decision‑making.
• Keeping directories and shared information up to date and easy to find.

Championing Good Data Protection Practices

• Helping advise teams on handling personal data correctly.
• Logging and coordinating responses to data breaches.
• Managing data subject access and rights requests within required deadlines.
• Supporting with staff training and awareness around data protection.

Keeping Policies Clear & Up to Date

• Coordinating policy reviews and annual updates.
• Creating easy‑to‑understand guidance materials for staff.
