We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) provider, delivering tailored supply chain solutions to a diverse range of clients. Our focus is on efficiency, reliability, and exceptional service. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a proactive and experienced Administration & Client Service Supervisor to lead our team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Role

This is a hands‑on leadership position where you will oversee the administration and client service functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and outstanding client experiences. You will play a key role in managing workflows, supporting team development, and driving process improvements across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor the administration and client service team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Take ownership for the administration for the business, including weekly client charge management.
  • Oversee client onboarding and maintain accurate documentation throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Manage carrier and client rate setups, ensuring compliance and timely updates.
  • Monitor operational performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Handle escalated client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in administration and/or client service role.
  • Experience within logistics, supply chain, or a related industry is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with WMS/TMS systems highly regarded.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage competing priorities.
