Job description

The position offers broad exposure to a wide range of administrative, ecommerce and business functions within a medium-sized environment (Print Manufacturing).

Newstyle Printing Co Pty Ltd is a family owned and operated business with over 50 years' experience supplying print and packaging solutions, Australia wide.

We are seeking a dynamic sales, e-commerce, client support and administration all‑rounder to join our team.

About the role:

Printing industry experience is highly valued but not essential.

Administration of online store (OnPrintShop) including:
  • Administer Print Management accounts
  • Creating products
  • Creating new client profiles
  • Entering Print Management orders
  • Uploading artwork to the online stores
  • Liaising with clients and account managers regarding stock, orders, changes
  • Running monthly reports for management and clients
Customer Service
  • Answer incoming enquiries (phone, email, website)
  • Support the sales activity in the delivery of quality service
  • Assist Account Managers with all general pre and post sales administration
Stock Management
  • Monitor and record stock movement
  • Undertake physical stock level checks/ counts when required
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns via socials / website.
  • Create communications to customers via MailChimp
  • Updating website (using WordPress)
Required knowledge and experience
  • Strong analytic and problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach
  • Exceptional customer service & communication skills
  • An ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
  • Be a self‑starter, capable of working independently at a high standard
  • Experience working in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment
  • Professional and approachable telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office packages
  • Proficient in computer applications with strong Excel and CRM skills, and the confidence to learn new systems fast.
Optional knowledge and experience (highly valued but not essential)
  • Experience in the use of OnPrintShop, Quote Print, WordPress, MailChimp, InDesign or Canva.
  • Experience in inventory management, freight management or distribution
  • Print industry experience
