A regional health service provider seeks an enthusiastic administrator to support the Community Childrens Nursing Team in Worcester. This role involves providing vital administrative and telephone support, general office tasks, and coordination of filing systems. We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to provide support to the Community Childrens Nursing Team based at Kings Court 1, Worcester.
This post is a minimum of 30 hours per week to 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail. You will be used to working to processes to complete tasks by deadlines and always have the best interests of the patient at the centre of everything you do.
Your varied role will be to provide administrative and telephone support to the department including general office duties i.e. typing, data inputting, appointment requests, coordination and maintenance of filing systems.
