Pertemps is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join the Warrington Fleet Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment supporting one of the UK’s most iconic delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication Hub – Be the first point of contact for internal and external communications, managing calls, emails, and post, and directing enquiries efficiently.
  • Organisation & Record‑Keeping – Create, organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems and databases, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with data protection guidelines.
  • Documentation & Reporting – Draft, type and proofread correspondence, reports and presentations; take minutes in meetings; support vehicle procurement from selection and negotiation to purchasing or leasing agreements; ensure regulatory compliance (including vehicle licensing); generate regular reports covering fleet performance, fuel usage, maintenance and utilisation rates.
