Full Time Admin Support – CAMHS, Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton

Full Time Admin Support based at CAMHS, Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton, CV11 4SG.

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding of working as a busy Admin Support to join our CAMHS admin teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the CAMHS admin teams, clinicians and managers.
  • Take telephone calls, input data, manage electronic patient records, and make or reschedule clinic or group booking appointments.
  • Support our reception team at Whitestone Clinic in greeting patients and visitors to the service.
  • Deal with sensitive enquiries in a confidential manner.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Previous office experience and excellent customer service skills due to the nature of the calls received.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input.
  • Ability to multitask, manage and prioritise own workload, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive approach to change, supportive of service improvements, able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Able to travel between sites within the local area on occasions, if asked to.
  • Standard DBS check required; applicant responsible for financing this.
