A healthcare organization is seeking a part-time Band 3 Admin Support to join their Adult Neurodevelopment Admin Team in Coventry. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, organizational, and secretarial skills. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive administration support for clinicians, managing sensitive inquiries, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths, along with Business and Customer Service Level 2 certifications. We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function.
We are seeking an individual with a positive and compassionate approach to supporting patient care. You must be able to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work. The essential requirements of this post are a good telephone manner, high level communication skills, typing letters, and attention to detail.
You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. We have a full electronic patient record system which is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical, and you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.
The successful candidates will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service to support the wide range of clinicians within the teams. They will work within a busy integrated and skill mixed team. They will need to be confident and empathetic in dealing with sensitive telephone calls and complaints, with an excellent telephone manner. The ability to work well as part of a team is vital in this role as we rely on each other for support with work load and guidance with sensitive patient queries.
