Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑motivated individual with a comprehensive understanding of working as a busy Admin Support to join our CAMHS admin teams based out of Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton.
The post holder will play an important, multifaceted role supporting the CAMHS Crisis Team, Think Family Outreach Team (TFOT) and Core CAMHS Team. As an Admin Support, you will be providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the CAMHS admin teams, clinicians and managers which will include taking telephone calls, data inputting, managing electronic patient records, making and rescheduling clinic or group booking appointments, and supporting our reception team at Whitestone Clinic in greeting patients and visitors to the service.

Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to multitask, manage and prioritise own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team.

There is a requirement that you are able to travel between sites within the local area, on occasions, should you be asked to.
