A leading Armed Forces charity is seeking an Activities Supervisor to lead a team of Wellbeing Assistants at Mais House, ensuring the delivery of person-centred activities that promote independence and dignity for residents. Responsibilities include mentoring staff, creating diverse activity programs, and managing the wellbeing services. where you'll lead and inspire a team of Wellbeing Assistants to deliver engaging, person-centred activities that promote independence, choice, and dignity for our residents. You'll also help ensure the smooth running of key services such as maintenance, catering, housekeeping, and communication systems.
37.5 hours per week across 5 shifts (7.5 hours each), including weekends on a rota basis.

Mais House is one of six care homes operated by the Royal British Legion. Nestled near the coast in Bexhill-on-Sea, it's a beautiful period property with 51 en‑suite rooms, a lounge bar, cinema, memorial garden, conservatory, and landscaped grounds. Residents enjoy tailored nursing, residential and dementia care in a vibrant, supportive environment.
