  • Join a supportive, family-oriented team environment with opportunities to lead and develop.
Your Role

You will lead the planning and delivery of dementia-friendly monthly programmes, oversee and mentor the activities team, facilitate one-to-one and group sessions, take residents on mini-bus outings, and integrate our grounds and friendly animals into everyday activities, creating meaningful engagement, joy, and connection for all residents, while monitoring participation, supporting individual needs, and keeping accurate records.

About You
  • Proven experience in dementia care with knowledge of supporting residents with varying cognitive abilities.
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor others.
  • Creative, empathetic, energetic, and highly organised.
