A family-owned care provider is seeking a part-time Activities Coordinator in Andover, Hampshire. You will design and lead engaging activities for residents, ensuring they remain active, stimulated, and socially engaged. The ideal candidate has experience in organizing activities and a passion for enhancing the lives of older people. The job offers £12.22 per hour contracted for 20 hours per week, along with various benefits.
Our private care home in Hampshire offers Residential, Dementia, Nursing, and Respite care for up to 66 residents. We provide a warm, welcoming environment where every resident can enjoy a fulfilling and enriched lifestyle.
You will design, organise, and lead a varied programme of activities that keep residents active, stimulated, and socially engaged. Your work will encourage residents to maintain hobbies and try new experiences in a supportive setting. You'll build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure activities reflect individual interests and abilities. Accurate documentation and ongoing evaluation of activities will help us continually improve our residents' quality of life.
