• Lead a fast‑growing Activities & Leisure operation at a pivotal moment for the park, taking full ownership of a complex, high‑profile department.
• Operate as a commercial manager, accountable for the financial performance of the department.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety across all activities.
• Drive high‑energy guest experiences, including the new high ropes, bounce park, off‑road rangers, swimming and leisure activities.
• Develop, coach and motivate large teams, building skills and confidence to deliver outstanding service for guests.
• Influence a fresh and exciting activity schedule that reflects Highfield’s new direction.
