As an Activities Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and facilitating a variety of recreational, social, and therapeutic activities for the residents. This includes coordinating group activities, one-on-one sessions, outings, and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of the residents. You will work closely with the care team to understand the individual needs and preferences of each resident, and tailor the activities accordingly.
