Job summary

The role of an Activities Co-ordinator at Aria Healthcare is to plan and coordinate engaging activities for the residents of the 42-bedded Nursing, Dementia, and Residential care home in Merstham, Surrey. The care home has a 'Good' CQC rating and is highly rated by residents and their families. The successful candidate will have a passion for enriching the lives of the residents through fun and stimulating activities, and will be offered a range of benefits including a Blue Light Discount Card and long service awards.

Main duties of the job

As an Activities Co-ordinator at Aria Healthcare, you will be responsible for planning and delivering a range of activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of the residents. This may include arts and crafts, music, games, outings, and other recreational activities. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that each resident is able to participate and make the most of every day. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, as well as a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of the residents.
