A community care organization in Maidstone is seeking an Activities Coordinator to plan and deliver meaningful activities for residents. The role involves supporting both group and one-on-one sessions, encouraging independence, and fostering joyful experiences. Ideal candidates will have creativity, strong communication skills, and a passion for enhancing the lives of others. Flexibility to work weekends is required.
Hours: Bank Shifts
Working alongside our Head of Activities, you'll help plan and deliver a full calendar of meaningful activities - from craft sessions and music afternoons to gentle exercise, reminiscence therapy and one-to-one chats over a cuppa. Whether it's a big, themed event or a small personal moment, you'll help ensure every day is worth looking forward to. You'll also help organise trips out, liaise with local entertainers and visiting animals, and bring fresh ideas to keep things fun, inclusive and person-centred.
