Salary: A GBP 37,020: 42,612 per annum pro rata

We are looking for an experienced recruitment and generalist HR professional to join us as an ACRO People Services Advisor within a national policing unit.
As a People Services Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment and people services function for ACRO. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will support managers and leaders to attract, recruit and retain a skilled workforce.
This is a varied and challenging role where no two days are the same. It offers the opportunity to shape recruitment and people services delivery within a unique national policing environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and making a real impact on ACROs workforce and performance.
You will gain exposure to strategic workforce planning, complex people matters and management responsibilities, while also having the chance to develop and mentor others.
