Qualifications

  • BACP Accreditation is essential.
  • Experience in delivering a brief counselling model.
  • At least 3 years' experience in a counselling service.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly psychological screenings.
  • Facilitate support groups on mental health topics.
  • Deliver trauma interventions as per policy.
  • Mange own caseload and offer short-term counselling.
  • Monitor and evaluate interventions based on individual needs.
