Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a detail-driven accounts administrator for a 12-month contract role in Birkenhead. You will manage financial operations, support administrative tasks, and contribute to a mission-driven team focused on workplace health and safety. The ideal candidate will be adept with Xero and Excel and able to work autonomously within a small team. Flexible work arrangements are offered, along with an immediate start.

Qualifications

  • Managing accounts payable/receivable, GST, and reconciliations.
  • Updating financial forecasts and supporting monthly/annual reporting.
  • Administering funding agreements and preparing quarterly reports.
  • Coordinating travel, meetings, and team logistics.
  • Supporting inductions and onboarding of new team members.
  • Collaborating with the CEO and Programme Manager to maintain financial accuracy.
