Job Description
- Oversee AR operations, including raising charges, processing payments, and managing collections for tenants across multiple countries
- Generate and analyse reports, providing monthly and quarterly updates on AR performance and collections to the C-suite
- Collaborate with asset managers to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and payment processing for specific tenants
- Drive process improvements within AR, implementing new systems and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, handling challenges and addressing queries from internal teams and external partners
The Successful Applicant
- 3+ years experience doing AR, ideally within Real Estate, Property or Logistics sector
- Strong reporting and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Yardi, Excel and PowerBI
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems, and familiarity with AR processing workflows
- Process improvement and implementation skills, with a focus on optimising efficiency and accuracy in AR operations
