ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE JUNIOR

Role And Responsibilities

• The position reports to the Head of Financial Operations and involves daily reconciliation of third-party supplier invoices with agency bookings to ensure timely client invoicing.
• Key duties include compiling weekly unbilled reports in Excel, resolving queries with account teams, retrieving supplier invoices, scanning copies, assisting with audits, and supporting client invoicing uploads.
