An educational institution in Cheltenham is seeking a Fees Supervisor to oversee the Fees Billing function. This role involves preparing the work plan, managing communications with parents, and leading billing processes. Ideal candidates will have strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and experience in finance. The position is full-time with a salary of up to £32,000 per annum and includes various employee benefits.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and the Finance Manager, the Fees Supervisor will have responsibility for creating, co-ordinating and delivering the work plan for College’s Fees Billing function and will have a strong focus on parental communication and the development of strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires a highly organised individual with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently within a busy, fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, full-year position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Up to £32,000 per annum
