A London-based charity is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their finance team. The role offers flexible working hours in a hybrid model and involves supervising financial records, managing reports, and coordinating with the Financial Controller. Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Pro Rata)
Hours: Part-time, 21 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid (flexible across 3-5 days, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays essential)
Ashley Kate is delighted to be partnering with a London-based charity in their search for an experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join their finance team. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing both the Sales and Purchase Ledger, supervising one Finance Officer, and supporting the delivery of core financial services across the organisation.
The organisation also hosts biannual social events, including a summer BBQ and a winter Christmas lunch or dinner, with hotel accommodation covered.
25 days annual leave (pro-rata), increasing to 29 days with service
