Responsibilities

• Operate Oracle modules for order management and reconciliation.
• Manage funds and cash control effectively.
• Collect VAT from customers and issue records in the system.
• Maintain procedures for paying service bills and recordkeeping.
• Prepare daily cash book and inform relevant parties.
• Prepare reports as required by the section.
• Receive bills collected by outdoor services.
• Take necessary actions for purchasing local items.
• Supervise store activities.
• Compile various reports on accounts activities.

Job description

• Operating Oracle modules i.e Order Management, Account Receivable and Cash Management, and necessary posting & reconciliation
• Fund Management and Cash Control
• Collecting VAT from Customer & issuing Musak Chalan and recording in the System
• Maintaining a series of procedure to pay Service Bill and recording in the System
• Preparing daily cash book and informing to the related parties
• Preparing necessary reports on Section Requirement
• Receiving bill which collected by Pickup from Outdoor services
• Taking necessary action to purchase \"Local Purchased\" item
• Look after and supervision of Store Activities
• Preparing reports on various aspects of Accounts activities
