A financial services provider in Stockton on Tees is seeking an Accounts Ledger Clerk/Receptionist to manage the finance function and front-of-house operations. This role requires solid administrative or finance experience with a daily variety of tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Responsibilities

  • Match purchase invoices with Purchase Orders.
  • Post authorised invoices and support weekly payment runs.
  • Resolve invoice queries and maintain accurate records.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and support agency timesheet processing.
  • Produce and issue sales invoices to customers.
  • Provide general administrative support for month-end tasks.
  • Manage incoming calls and act as a first point of contact.
  • Support day-to-day office functions and clerical duties.
