Overview

Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a long‑established insurance broker in North London for an Accounts Handler to join their Personal Lines team on a permanent basis. The postholder will be responsible for assisting with the management of a large client portfolio, ensuring their insurance needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and requests.
  • Understand clients' insurance needs and provide tailored advice and solutions.
  • Assist clients with policy enquiries, changes, and renewals.
  • Ensure accuracy in policy documentation, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate and secure the best coverage terms for clients.
Candidate Criteria
  • Experience of working in an insurance Account Handler/Account Executive role previously.
  • Knowledge of Personal Lines insurance including policies and regulations.
  • Experience of dealing with renewals, changes and policy enquiries, providing solutions for clients.
  • Strong relationship management and communication capabilities.
