Job summary

A well-established client in Gloucester seeks a motivated Accounts Assistant to join their team. This full-time role includes processing invoices, reconciling supplier statements, and managing office tasks. Ideal candidates will have some office experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Xero. Responsibilities

  • Process invoices to accounts system via PO system & directly on to Xero.
  • Reconcile supplier statements.
  • Deal with suppliers chasing payments.
  • Arrange courier collections.
  • Keep supplier records up to date.
