Qualifications

The Role: Accounts Assistant

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract - 3 Months

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

We are looking for an Accounts Assistant with hands-on, day-to-day experience using NetSuite ERP to help manage and streamline our accounting operations.

What will you be getting up to?

Accounts Payable:

  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with payment terms.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Monitor and chase outstanding payments.
  • Allocate incoming payments accurately.

General Finance Support:

  • Support bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

What do we need from you?

  • Proven experience in a similar finance or accounts assistant role.
  • Strong working knowledge of NetSuite ERP.
  • Solid understanding of AR and AP processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • AAT qualification or working towards it.
  • Experience in a multi-entity or international finance environment.
  • Familiarity with automated invoice processing tools.
