Job Description
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts with accuracy and timeliness.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end accounting processes.
- Manage supplier and customer accounts, ensuring clear communication and resolution of queries.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external financial regulations.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department.
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes where necessary.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A strong foundation in accounting principles and practices.
- Experience in processing financial transactions and using accounting software.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
