Job description
Accounts & Finance - weight 75% of KPI
  • Assist in maintaining daily financial records and bookkeeping
  • Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and receipts
  • Support bank reconciliations and cashbook updates
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Maintain petty cash transactions
  • Support external and internal audits
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
Administration - weight 25% of KPI
  • Handle general office administrative tasks
  • Maintain employee attendance and leave records
  • Assist with procurement and office inventory management
  • Support HR with documentation and records
