Job description

Sterling Williams is working alongside an International Bank, hiring for an Accounting Lead position at their London Office. The Accounting Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting the Senior Finance Manager in delivering the bank's financial, tax, and control reporting obligations. Alongside BAU, a key focus of the role will be to support the adoption of technological solutions to transform and automate core technical and operational accounting processes.

The role holder will be responsible for ensuring that accounting processes and workstreams remain aligned with evolving accounting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, IFRS 18) and support the bank's strategic objectives.

Permanent: Full‑time

West End of London based (3 days per week in the office).

Salary: circa £75 - 85 000 pa plus benefits
