TPF Recruitment is recruiting for an Accountancy Practice Partner on behalf of a Kent based firm of chartered accountants. This is a fantastic career opportunity to join a highly reputable accountancy practice. You can be based in multiple locations across Kent.

Our client is a highly reputable chartered accounting firm based in Kent. They have a strong reputation, excellent culture and significant growth over the last 5 years. They prioritise staff welfare and offer a flexible working environment. You will join a growing team, working alongside multiple partners, and be responsible for a small team of your own. The role will involve general practice, focusing on accounts and tax services, where you will develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to growth.

As an Accountancy Practice Partner you will manage your own client portfolio of SME/Owner Managed Businesses across the South East, including sole-traders, partnerships and limited companies. Your team will provide services including accounts, management accounts, tax, bookkeeping and VAT. The position offers flexibility, tailored to your experience and aspirations.
