Are you an experienced Account Manager with a proven track record in managing large, complex accounts across nationwide and global risks? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Major Risks Practice Division, based in our London office, is seeking a highly skilled and organised Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity to work at the heart of our business, partnering with major clients and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

How you'll make an impact

• End-to-end account management: Oversee the full lifecycle from new business engagement through to conversion, renewal, and retention.
• Strategic client relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with clients, understanding their complex needs and delivering bespoke solutions.
• Cross-class expertise: Support accounts spanning multiple trades and industries, managing diverse insurance classes and risk profiles.
• Operational excellence: Handle day-to-day queries, projects, and ensure compliance with regulatory and service standards.

About You

• Proven experience managing large commercial and corporate accounts, ideally with exposure to nationwide and global risks.
• Strong technical knowledge across multiple insurance classes.
• CII qualifications (Cert CII/Dip CII) or working towards them.
• Demonstrated ability to meet targets within a regulated framework and achieve SLA compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills and a client-focused mindset.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident using Acturis.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
