You will inspire and empower your team to take accountability for driving your own brand business, showcasing our iconic products to achieve sales targets and maximise sales opportunities.

• Previous experience in a Sales Consultant / Retail Account Manager role.
• An entrepreneurial spirt with drive and determination to achieve (Targets)
• A passion for makeup, beauty and making people feel amazing.
• (Strong experience in artistry - ideally with a qualification)
• The ability to build strong and collaborative relationships with colleagues, leaders, and our retail partners.
• A positive and resilient mindset with a capability to use your initiative.
• A flare for coaching and developing others to grow and flourish.
• Flexibility to work key trading hours; weekends, late nights and bank holidays
