Account Manager – Seller Growth

The Account Manager helps sellers thrive within eBay Live broadcasts. You will be the trusted partner guiding top sellers after launch—helping them grow audiences, drive GMV, and become category leaders. This role combines relationship management, strategy, and performance coaching.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with eBay Live sellers through regular business reviews and strategic consultations.
  • Develop and implement customized business plans to guide enterprise sellers toward growth targets.
  • Analyze seller data to identify growth opportunities and potential risks; track and analyze performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex seller issues and implement optimizations to seller programs and schedules.
  • Guide sellers through policy and platform changes while ensuring compliance.
